For anyone still curious…it has been 5 weeks since I requested a refund…and no refund received. They have been very tough to get a hold of the last couple weeks. I was “disconnected” the one time I got through. They took my money 5 months ago for an in stock action. I’ve have not received my action or refund and my phone calls, emails, etc go unanswered.
They have got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Got some insider info. Aero is a victim of their own success. They are currently chewing through $12 million dollars of paid contract orders and way behind, so they’re letting some customer service stuff slip by taking on too much.
What a shitty situation…. I guess it’s at the point of turning it over to the credit card company, as I’ve had good results in that route, either the seller comes up with a part real quick, or you get refunded.
I’m in the same boat, just not as long if a time period… as I ordered mine in 1st week of November…. I think Ben screwed up and buy not buying a lottery ticket when his barreled action showed so soon… as I’m sure he’d be putting on a hog hunt for all of us if he would’ve bought that ticket that day….
Called again and waited on hold for 1 hour just to be told they “think” it shipped out in the most recent batch of checks. They could not positively tell me if it did and definitely could not give me a tracking number. Called the bank and entered a dispute.
I live in WA, and am really surprised that they still operate out of this communist state… WA is one of the top states working in disarming legal gun owners… can’t wait until my kid graduates high school as I’m moving from WA ASAP! Wish the Supreme Court would hurry up and help us gun owners that live in democratic controlled states.
Yep you’re only 20miles away… got to get over there before they put up an immigration wall to keep illegal liberals posing as Republicans out! As Boise is getting a bad infection of them.
Only 4 years to go, then I can leave, kid will be out of high school
I’m going to have to be patient and let my Aero order play out… as o have the stock, the trigger, the floor plate, and the mags all sitting here in a box just waiting for a barreled action
Also if anyone was lucky enough to have an actual order show up a got a Aero Precision SOLUS LIGHTWEIGHT LONG ACTION, could you send me a measurement? As I’m looking for a Cantilever Picatinny Scope Mount, that will fit on here nicely
Shot my Aero Solus Barreled action 6.5 Creed for the first time today. Shot the cheapest crappiest ammo I could find just to get it broken in some and it shot those turds really well, about 1.15" on average. That ammo had just under 30 std 2675 fps. Windy day on top of that. Only shot 2 boxes, but the action was very smooth and fed very easily.
I have some sig marksman to try next.
This is from my Aero Precision Solus 6.5 Creedmoor. I picked up the KRG Bravo model. This was shot with Hornady ELD-M 147 grain. This is about the average that I see. The temperature was 30 degrees and had a 10 mph wind from about 2 o’clock with 12 being straight to the target.
Latest update. I sent this email a week ago and have followed up 2 times with no response. Going on 7 weeks since they told me they would refund me. Just emailed Scott Dover, which I believe is the Founder and CEO. Credit Card company can not help since I placed the order so long ago. Well played Aero Precision…
I ordered an action on 9/17/2025 that was advertised as “in stock.” Over the next several months, I called every 2–4 weeks to check on the status. Each time I was given projected ship dates that ultimately did not materialize.
On 1/12/2026, I was finally informed that there was no clear timeline for delivery. At that point, I requested a refund. I was told my credit card could not be credited and that I would instead receive a check within two weeks. That was six weeks ago. You should have credited my card back that day even if it cost you a couple dollars to do so.
Last week, I called again and waited on hold for over an hour. I was told that you “thought” my check may have gone out with the last batch, but this could not be verified. I asked that my number be passed along and requested a same-day call back. The person that was supposed to call me back was g.davidson@aeroprecisionusa.com. It has now been a week, and I have received neither a call nor a refund.
To summarize:
You sold me an “in stock” action on 9/17/2025.
The item was not actually ready to ship, and no accurate timeline was provided.
I was repeatedly given projected dates that did not occur.
On 1/12/2026, I was told I would receive a refund check within two weeks.
Six weeks have now passed with no refund.
I was promised $50 credits to my account on multiple occasions that never materialized.
Attempts to reach customer service have resulted in excessive hold times and no clear answers.
This situation is unacceptable. I am requesting immediate confirmation today that my refund has been processed and a verifiable method of tracking it. If a check has not been issued, I expect my original form of payment to be credited immediately.
Please contact me today with confirmation of resolution.
I got my first response via email, but it took emailing the CEO. His email address is s.dover@aeroprecisionusa.com if you want to ever use it. Supposedly the “Director of Customer Experience” is going to get me a resolution. Her contact information is below.
