I did one mass email with my past contact on a return along with both the emails you provided.

Well I didn’t see any tracking number by last Friday as promised and had to send another email out, but now at least I have a tracking number
I finally received my refund check. It took exactly 8 weeks and they told me it would take 2 weeks. I ordered my action 6 months ago.
I don’t care how good their products are. I’ll never even think of using them again. I would have been ok with the wait if they were even remotely transparent with what was going on, but they were not. It took emailing the CEO to get anything done.
They are either completely incompetent or they lied every time I called them. It has to be one of these scenarios.
I’ll probably never buy from them again directly anyways… I think they are looking to move out if the communist state of WA, as laws are going in effect that makes what they do illegal!
Yeah, i just saw a quick video someone posted stating their choices are to close, quit making certain things or move. Hopefully they will move and with it their customer service will increase. Be interesting to see what they do.
Just went down a rabbit hole on snipers hide, all about aero and their management and sorts. It will be very interesting to see what the outcome will be. I hope for all the employees they just do a move and management redo to correct the issues but remains to be seen. I will Not order from them until stabilized, the risk is to great. The stories out there about the same issues as here, are great and not one offs. Way too common to get my business right now. I rather spend more money for knowledge that I will get good customer service and actually get my product in a timely matter, just not seeing that from them. Just my two cents.
So, did you ask them to reverse the charges at least? Or was it delivered?
My barreled action was delivered, but is stuck in WA state lock down for the background check and the 10 business day cooling off period…. In which I a course have to go back to work before that (as a merchant mariner) so looking at end of May before I can get it from my ffl…

I ordered in November 2025 and my ffl got it last Wednesday. I went and looked at it at and it’s gorgeous! Black finished action with a proof research barrel… I’m currently trying to get my ffl to transfer it to the free state of Idaho before I sail, Washington state sucks! Kid has 4 more years of school then I can move to a free state

You should try east county guns in Cda have had a really smooth time with transfers. They also only charge 25 bucks for non form 4 transfers
At least I got my barreled action… “carey.stallings” order a action in September and just final hit a refund after hours spent trying to get reimbursed
