@backfire - Jim, just curious when did the Rem700 short actions launch?
I was on the website May 22nd at 10:25 am waiting patiently (even not going into work that day to buy the Chassis), and have checked back several times afterword. Each time showing: Sold Out. I know its a good problem to have with demand greater then supply. I love supporting you threw Backfire as a Plus membership and also love your YouTube videos as well. Really wish I had the opportunity to buy a Rem700 short action chassis from you. Understandably the opening launch week had some challenges. Do you if there is any way to still put a order in?
We actually havenāt sold any shorts. The info on the page was incorrect. We should be shipping some on Wednesday or Thursday this week at 10:25, though. I do apologize for not being more specific of when these are coming out. Itās really just as soon as we get a batch ready and they pass the qc process.
Is there any possibility to place an order so it is in the que ready and waiting for a fresh batch to get out of QC? So far Iām in the same boat as Brian, early or late the Sold Out Sign is all I have seen thus far.
Iām sorry but we donāt do any presale. We have found it better not to promise an item to a customer until itās ready. Otherwise our customer service email just get filled with āwhen will it be on hand and ready to shipā questions.
We had hoped to get some short actions out this week but we had two machines go down yesterday so Iām kind of doubting it, but we are going as fast as humanly possible.
There will be quite a few long actions up for sale this week. We always list them at 10:25am when we have inventory.
